Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/rescheduling are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We do not accept online bookings within 8 hours of the time you submit your booking request. This is to ensure we are able to make ourselves available to you. To request immediate/same day bookings please call or text 778 926 8134 and we will do our very best to accomodate you.
